Roman Dragoun will perform at the 7th annual festival in Brno with the bands Progres 2, Futurum, T4, Roman Dragoun & His Angels, and Lidopop.
Singer, songwriter and keyboardist Roman Dragoun is already a rock legend. He has been on the music scene since the mid-1970s. He was born in Písek, later relocating to Brno, where he began to actively pursue music. First, he played in the band Regenerace, then in Progres 2, to whose famous Třetí kniha džunglí (Third Jungle Book) he also contributed as an author. The song named Muž, který se podobá odvrácené straně měsíce (Man Who Resembles the Dark Side of the Moon) became the 1982 rock song of the year. A year later, Dragoun founded the band Futurum, and in 1988 he switched to Stromboli. Roman Dragoun, member of the Radio Beat Hall of Fame, who organises the festival, will perform with several musical groups, with whom he has worked during his career. The event will take place on 3 March at 6:00 p.m. in the Semilasso Cultural Centre Auditorium.
