The Cotatcha Orchestra big band members have just released the single A Very Old Lady Driving a Ferrari. Given the current situation, they did not make the recording in a studio. Everyone recorded their part at home.
The sixteen-member big band Cotatcha Orchestra was originally supposed to record their long-planned debut album. However, due to current security measures, they had to postpone their recording sessions in the studio. As a greeting to their fans they at least recorded the single A Very Old Lady Driving a Ferrari. The group of musicians from the Czech Republic, Austria and Slovakia recorded the new single from the safety of their homes. The single was recorded in cooperation with the US record label PARMA Recordings, which will release their upcoming album worldwide in the autumn. The recording was taken care of by sound engineer Jan Košulič, who was nominated for a GRAMMY award this year. You can listen to the song here.
