Top Czech jazz band led by Filip Spáleny, son of Jan Spáleny and nephew of Petr Spáleny. Touring for their fifth record! Moravian baptism! Jan Bálek – keyboards, Jakub Doležal – saxophones, Filip Spálený – bass guitar, Petr Mikeš – drums Los Quemados met for the first time in 2008 and since then they have been operating in almost the same line-up, led by bassist Filip Spálený. From the beginning, the band is focused on the fusion of jazz, funk and Latin American music, with a purely original repertoire. Not only Filip Spálený is active as a composer, but also saxophonist Jakub Doležal. Jan Bálek's keyboards and Petr Mikeš's drums from 2023 are essential for the overall sound. Los Quemados regularly perform throughout the Czech Republic. They also have concerts in Germany, France, Slovakia and Bulgaria.
