Duff McKagan is a great American singer-songwriter whose extraordinary 40-year musical journey has taken him from small punk clubs to sold-out world stadium tours. On this journey, he became a founding member of Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver, collaborated with legends such as Ozzy Osborne and Iggy Pop, and created a diverse catalog of solo material. Among McKagan's millions of fans is none other than Bob Dylan.

McKagan's new album LIGHTHOUSE is a down-home, heartfelt celebration of life in the circle. It's the first complete selection of the more than 60 songs McKagan recorded in his home studio in Seattle between 2019 and 2022. By turns personal and philosophical, the album captures the essence of McKagan's four decades at the beating heart of American music.

McKagan wrote his first song in his mother's bedroom in 1978. At the time, a 14-year-old punk on the verge of dropping out of high school, he was "borrowing" cars to get to gigs and practicing every instrument possible to fill any available slot. position in the band. He gained musical experience in the bands The Vains (1979), The Fastbacks (1980) and The Living (1982). In 1985, he formed the original lineup of Guns N' Roses, and so began his astonishing creative career, which also included stints in the bands Loaded (1998) and Velvet Revolver (2002-2008).
