Flamengo band is next to E.T.C. Vladimír Mišík and Michal Prokop's Framus 5 are one of the most important rock groups in Czech history, and the album Kuře v hodinkyk (1972) is, according to many critics, the best rock album of all time in our country.

In the 1970s, this formation ceased operations due to normalization, and famous musicians scattered here to E.T.C. here to Karl Gott, to somehow survive in a difficult time. In 2022, Supraphon released a recording of a live performance on the album Flamengo Reunion Session: Live, where, in addition to a selection of songs from the Chicken in the Clock LP and the single "A week in the electric city / Every moment", which preceded the recording of the album, there are also covers of songs from Spooky Tooth or Colosseum, which Flamengo played at the turn of the 60s and 70s. Supraphon produced a trailer and a clip to promote the album. In 2022, the band performed as a special guest of the British Jethro Tull at concerts in Mikulov and in the amphitheater on Lokti. In 2023, the documentary Flamengo Reunion Session – Kuře v hodinkyk 50 was broadcast on Czech Television, where the memories of the actors of the original recording are interwoven with the entries from the concerts of the renewed band from 2022. In 2023, the band started working on a new album, where they will offer completely new compositions .
