Qapella and Flyers

The joint concert of these young groups of ZUŠ Jaroslav Kvapil will be an interesting multi-genre tasting, including non-traditional arrangements of well-known pop songs, but also successful reproductions of famous rock and heavy metal hits.

Qapella is one of the ensembles of the ZUŠ Jaroslav Kvapil and was founded in 2022. The first performance of this group took place at the Jaroslav Kvapil ZUŠ Gala Concert in April 2023, and since this premiere
regularly represents the school. The ensemble is not limited by genre or instrument, and the name of the group "Qapella" means the connection of the band and Kvapilka and its openness to all genres and musicians.
The current composition of Qapella consists of:

Lea Sirtori – double bass
David Reinisch – drums
Markéta Pindová - vocals

The Flyers group is one of the ensembles of ZUŠ Jaroslav Kvapil, which was founded in 2023. The first public performance took place on the outdoor stage of PONAVA Cafe in June of last year. The file is
in terms of instrumentation, it is literally destined for rock music and therefore focuses on this genre. His current repertoire consists of well-known and lesser-known rock and metal compositions
groups or their instrumentally modified versions. Flyers are looking for a singer, so if you dare to sing some of their songs, don't hesitate and become another member of the band.
