The singer Radůza is a unique woman with an unmistakable voice, multi-instrumentalist, author of music and lyrics, who regularly wins over the audience of the National Theater in Brno with her performances. Her name also adorns this season, on March 26, 2023 from 7 p.m. in the Mahen Theater.

Radůza began with a predominantly blues-tinged repertoire on the street, where she was discovered in 1993 by the singer Zuzana Navarová. She had already been singing for three days in the sanctuary of Czech singers, in Prague's Lucerna. In May of the same year, she stood on the Lucerna stage again, but this time as an opening act for American pop star Suzanne Vega. In the summer of 1999, she had the same honor at Mike Oldfield's concert.

Since then, she has released several very successful solo albums, which break sales records without any advertising.

The year 2003 brought Radůz an award in the form of three golden Angel statuettes. Her album "... stand by me" stayed at the top of the sales chart for several weeks, so it was no surprise to receive a gold record. In 2004, she received an award in the Czech Nightingale poll as Jumper of the Year.

2010 was a turning point for Radůza. She founded her own label Radůza records, on which she released the album "Miluju vás" that year. In 2011, she collaborated with the band Zrní and released their album "The hero of a computer game goes to the world". Year 2012 - CD and DVD "Steel City", 2014 - CD "Gaia". As another title of her publishing house, the album "Marathon - the story of a runner" was published in 2015, for which she also wrote a book of short stories. A year later, the film soundtrack for the film "Once Upon a Time in Paradise" was released.

We are attaching a video clip from Radůza's May performance at Šapitó in Lužánec (year 2018).
