The music of Jay Delver, a Brno quartet, reflects the organic sound of the 70s – 90s, freely influenced by contemporary pop appeal, funk rhythm, straightforward rock and free improvisation. Regardless of trends, they courageously combine the past with the present using their own recipe.
You might have heard the Piece of Love single that dominated the Starter chart for five weeks on Radio Wave. Their older single 6th Avenue Groove, on the other hand, succeeded in the Demovnica chart of the Slovak Radio FM. Kayla’s ballad get regular play on the Proglas radio. In May of this year, the band won the Jazz Fruit 2020 award.
