A renowned piano trio with well-known singing guests will present a traditional festive program, focused on famous arias and duets from operas and operettas of the world repertoire. During the break, all guests are invited to a traditional New Year's toast.
The Moravian Piano Trio was founded in 1997 and during its existence has performed hundreds of concerts in the Czech Republic and abroad. In addition to the classical trio repertoire, the trio's core activity is collaboration with opera soloists of all vocal categories (Štefan Margita, Eva Urbanová, Dagmar Pecková, Andrea Kalivodová, etc.), for whom the cellist penned an imaginative arrangement of an almost complete world opera and operetta repertoire performed in concert.
