GROOVE BRNO: Artsiders

With bass guitarist Jáchym Bašek in the role of creator, arranger and producer, Artsiders offers great original music. In addition to Olda Smysl, an experienced singer and leader of the band, the group forms a rhythmic tandem with drummer Tomáš Makovský, known from the band Žáha, which at the height of its fame played in front of James Brown himself at his Prague concert. Guitarist Tomáš Pecka and keyboardist Jakub Žídek represent the young generation of Czech musicians and bring fresh wind to the group. Artsiders are not only philosophy and great music, but also a group of musicians who enjoy what they do, and whose playing also makes people happy.
