Jamaron (read "Džamaron") is a Czech rock music group led by frontwoman Maria Dostálová, whose expressive voice surrounded by the dense sound of electric guitars and uncompromising drums is the dominant feature of this young five. The band is based on comprehensible and meaningful Czech texts, enriched with life experiences, with which many listeners can easily identify. Another currency are strong catchy choruses and youthful energy that pours on the listeners from the stage at each of their concerts. Not only for this reason, they are ranked among the most interesting young rock bands today. This is proven by their recent victory at the Žebřík Music Awards, where they won the Discovery of the Year award.

The musical group was founded in 2013 by siblings Jakub, Marie and Ondřej Dostál, hence JaMarOn. The sibling trio is completed by drummer Václav Hejda and bassist Filip Karlík. Hints of the band began to emerge already around 2011, when the Dostál siblings started composing spontaneously. The first concert dates back to November 22, 2013, which is also the official day of the band's founding.

Thanks to communication with fans, Jamaron have a wide communication potential on social media. networks, for example on YouTube, they have several million views of their songs. It ranks among the hundred most listened to groups in the country. In the spring of 2022, the band released their last album called "Generation", which they recorded in Studio Sono, under the production supervision of Adam Karlík. The new dense sound of the band moves Jamaron into the first rock league in our country.
