Mörk is a band consisting of four members who met during their jazz studies and quickly found their way to the heart of Budapest's underground music scene. They made their way to fame through living rooms, climbing halls and Chinese teahouses, where they started playing. They soon reached the stages of prestigious clubs and festivals such as A38 Ship, Akvárium Club and Sziget. They also showed their art at international showcase festivals including Eurosonic Noorderslag and Reeperbahn Festival.
Although they have darkness in their name, their psychedelic soul rather caresses the soul and reveals the unexpected beauty that can be found in this unpleasant corner of our psyche. In the spring of 2019, Mörk released the second half of their second album "The Death and Resurrection of Mörk", which was accompanied by a sold-out tour and participation in festivals across Europe.
