Bigbeat Sound Band Brno

The big beat group BSB (Bigbeat Sound Band) was founded in 2010 by musicians who worked in various beat formations at the turn of the seventies and eighties of the 20th century, and who decided to resume this activity after a long pause.
The band focuses exclusively on original Czech big beat songs. The current repertoire consists of compositions by the groups Katapult, Olympic, the group of František Ringo Čech and the main protagonist Jiří Schelinger. In particular, the songs of the author duo Schelinger - Čech are the dominant feature of the BSB program. The group's goal is the purity and fidelity of the song interpretation, but without the revival ambitions. The instrumental ensemble also corresponds to this intention: drums, bass, keyboards, 2 guitars, wind accordion and vocals.
