Music Marathon 2024 I Hazafele

Hazafele - from the Hungarian translation On the way home was founded in 2017 and since the beginning has been devoted mainly to Roma, Romanian and Hungarian folklore. Its founders were Šimon Jakubíček (double bass) and David Golas (guitar). Later they were joined by Michal Grossmann (violin) and Marek Šnorich (accordion). Their primary mission is to bring listeners closer to folk music that they usually don't come across in everyday life; but they also play well-known melodies such as Monti's Csárdás, Bartók's Romanian Dances or compositions made famous by Věra Bílá.
