KANTILÉNA: ZEMEK NOVÁK, GRAHAM, EMMERT

This year, the festival also continues to rediscover paradoxically rather contemporary compositions. Liturgical compositions for voices and instrumental ensemble from the early 1990s by Pavel Zemek Novák and Peter Graham, created in a complementary manner, will be presented in a world premiere, next to František Emmert's extraordinary hymn Te Deum laudamus in its orchestral version. František Emmert wrote several of his best works for the Brno Kantiléna, the performer of this evening.
