GOOD TIMES ONLY
The Czech-singing boyband Good Times Only presents the best of contemporary smooth synthpop on the domestic scene. In six years of their existence, they managed to jump ahead of names like alt-J, Gus Dapperton or Marcell. In 2023, they released their second album Now I Think, which was produced by the band's long-time collaborator Lazer Viking (Jakub Kaifosz).
With the arrival of the fifth member, keyboardist Lukáš Klavrza, the originally four-member band found fresh energy on the new recording and their creative process also developed. "We discovered a new common language. Before, I was almost unable to show the developed text in the rehearsal room, on Now I'm Thinking About It, we really wrote together for the first time," says frontman Filip.
Good Times Only are now in their most mature and playful form yet.

Warm summer nights, the solitude of empty rooms, but also the joy of discovering the unknown. Prazdniny are friends from Brno who began to transform quarantine sadness into songs about separation and growing up. He packs it all into a sound that oscillates between a bedroom alternative pop aesthetic and a rediscovered love for dreamy guitars set in a modern context. They entered the Czech scene with the video single 3am, with which they managed to win the hit parade of undiscovered starters on Radio Wave. Under the banner of radio, they then released the single matthew, followed by the EP Lately I've Been Getting Tired in autumn 2023. On it, the gaps are presented in a band sound with a live drummer, which in conjunction with analog synths creates a unique concert show.
He will present his debut album live for the first time at the MÚZ Cabinet, which will be released in November 2024.
