Who composed music in Bohemia during the Romantic period, apart from Dvořák and Smetana? How did literature live in the lands of the Czech crown in the 19th century? A poetic and romantic evening with period instruments awaits the listener in the middle of a beautiful valley. At the castle in Lysice, thanks to the music of Franz Lachner and Kaspar Kummer, we will create the atmosphere of Prague salons of the romantic era, the Slovak accent from Vienna to Lysice will be brought by the brilliant virtuoso Johann N. Hummel. The poetry of the evening will be significantly enlivened by the poems of Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach, the "Austrian Božena Němcová", who literally invites us home - she stayed at the Lysice chateau.

The concert takes place on the occasion of the 190th anniversary of the birth of Marie Ebner-Eschenbach
