The trio of British musicians formed in the East English city of Norwich in 2012 and quickly gained a reputation for their unique blend of jazz and electronica.
Xiu Xiu are releasing their fourteenth studio album in the fall of 2024, called 13" Frank Beltrame Italian Stiletto with Bison Horn Grips, and they're coming to Brno to present it live on February 19. Nine brand new songs to seal the deal with those who still listen to the album from the beginning to the end, because the album is a message that cannot be read in parts or at a glance. Cult founded by Jamie Stewart in 2002 and currently featuring multi-instrumentalist Angela Seo, the Californian group tackles the innermost human feelings and emotions in their music.Xiu Xiu cover a wide range of genres including experimental rock, art-pop, post- punk, ambient, noise and electronic music. And just like on the previous record Ignore Grief (2023), he is part of the band drummer David Kendrick, originally a member of the bands Devo, Sparks and Gleaming Spire.

Berlin producer Lorenz Brunner aka RECONDITE is known for his unique blend of dark, crystal clear and melancholic melodic techno. It can be absolutely dense and gloomy in contrast with tender fragility. In his signature work, as well as in live performances, he perfectly builds a contemplative atmosphere and keeps the listener in constant tension, into which he relentlessly hammers sharp beats. Since 2012, RECONDITE has released nine consecutive albums on labels such as Innervisions, Ghostly International, Acid Test or Plangent Records, which is his own label. He uses field recording and synthesizers for his music. It works with Ableton's native Operator synthesizer, which combines analog and synthetic sounds.
After the sold-out Roxy in Prague and Fléda in Brno, he continues with a series of concerts in other Czech and Moravian cities. Vesna's concerts are known for their energy, mystical atmosphere and liveliness. The tour will also be enriched with a light show and a scene with folklore motifs.
