After last year's sold-out concert, Jaři will appear again at Fléda. The word J.A.R. is perceived by many people as something very mysterious, because even after decades of existence, no one has yet figured out what this band is really about - does it want to entertain, educate, make fun of the audience or just play for them?!
The group was formed in 1989 in the original composition of Roman Holý (keyboards, vocals), Oto Klempíř (rap) and Michael Viktořík (rap). Today's line-up does not function as a classic band, but as a casual meeting of rappers, jazz musicians and producers. Their last album so far (Escalation of the beaver, 2019) is a solid burst of fresh beats complemented by brilliant lyrics. The jazz funk group also consists of Dan Bárta (vocals), Miroslav Chyška (guitars), Pavel Bady Zbořil (drums), Robert Balzar (bass), Filip Jelínek (trombone), Radek Kašpar (saxophone) and František Kop (saxophone).
