The chamber concert of the related chamber ensemble ConTRIOlogy follows on from the Concert of Premiers I, which was performed in a diverse production in the fall of 2021.
This time, too, the program consists exclusively of world premieres of works by authors who were addressed by the evening's performers. In addition to a composition for solo dulcimer by the Bolivian composer Edgar Alandia, four compositions by domestic composers will be performed: Vojtěch Dlasek, Matouš Hejlo, Ian Mikyska and Tomáš Vtípil. In addition, the last-named acts as an interpreter at the concert during the performance of his work. In the basement of the Goose on a String Theatre, we will hear various compositional concepts for an ensemble consisting of soprano, accordion and dulcimer - playful, improvisational, using electronics, titles to a Moravian folk song or setting poetic texts by Jean Genet and U Tchak to music.
