Noví Kumpáni & Radim Babák

The first Brno concert of the band Nové Kumpáni. Radim Babák will welcome the audience as a guest. Admission is voluntary.
The New Friends are a Brno fusion of traditional African drums and non-traditional bass guitars composed of Jiří Foukal - solo djembe, Jirka Posker - bass guitar and Zdeněk Filipec - bass drums. This project was created at the beginning of last summer, and thanks to the lockdowns, the Companions managed to rehearse the repertoire, with which they performed several times in front of the audience this year.

Radim Babák and his accordion have been attacking the audience since 1996. His genre-free music ranges from minimalism to plunders to punk freaks - the songs are full of emotions, humor and energy. An extraordinary songwriter referred to as the HC accordionist, 21st century folklore, or, friends of rockers, as a folk singer.
