Music Marathon Brno 2022 I Matěj Metoděj Štrunc

He is a Czech actor, musician and poet. He plays the dulcimer, guitar, piano, bass and drums, and also studied acting at the Brno Conservatory. He inherited his artistic sensibilities from his musical family; he is the son of dulcimer Dalibor Štrunc and violinist Kateřina Štruncová, who together play in the musical ensembles Cimbal Classic and Javory. While still studying, he started working at the Radost Children's Theater in Brno, from where, after graduating from school, he joined the acting troupe of the Municipal Theater Zlín, where he worked actively for three seasons. Since 2020, he has been working as a freelancer in Prague. He is the co-founder and frontman of the folk rock band Ateliér, with whom they have released two music carriers and several music videos. As a composer of stage music for theater productions, he collaborated with several theaters across the country. He has currently released three full-length music videos on his solo music track. He is currently working on the album "LIDOVĚK", the producer of which is the popular Czech singer-songwriter Thom Artway.
