The ceremonial opening of the festival will present the little-known and intensely fascinating Salve Regina of the famous Josef Haydn in confrontation with the modern premieres of the works of his Central European contemporaries performed by a specialized ensemble of second half of the 18th century and a quartet of exceptional soloists.
