The concert focuses on the existential themes of the search for identity, unhappiness in love and social relationships. At the same time, it does not have the ambition to belong to any political or ideological narrative, but to present works of art that are based on literary works devoted to the mentioned topics. The title of the whole concert is given by Miloslav Ištvan's emblematic composition, which was not performed for a decade (like many of the composer's other works). The composition mixes the influences of African-American poetry, blues and postmodern compositional practices. The evening is completed by a composition by Vojtěch Dlasek, who re-instrumented a work previously dedicated to the group inspired by a queer novel by Jean Genet. With its concept, the concert aims to connect the club environment with the field of contemporary classical music and to point out the immediacy and informality of the otherwise classically bound music scene.
The program also contributes to the celebrations of the Year of Czech Music.
After a long time, multi-instrumentalist and composer Pavel Zlámal is rejoining the ensemble, Květy frontman Martin E.
