Soul diva Ashley Abrman, Mrs. Groove with an unmistakable voice and her solo project
Ashley was born in Houston, Texas and practically traveled throughout her childhood.
From live concerts she is known as the voice of The High Corporation, Carpet Cabinet, Atomic Gigolo or Zorba Že Ja Buddha. She also performed with The High Corporation before Selah Sue, Akua Naru, Nneka and Prago Union. She has collaborated on recordings with the Slovak phenomenal band Fallgrapp, Jimmy Pé or Petijee. Her music has been released on several compilations, including Beat Garden Compilation 5, and she works closely with the Slovak label Gergaz, which focuses on the current electronic scene. The genre ranges between soul, jazz, electronics and hip hop.
